I know what it’s like to feel stuck, unfulfilled and guilty for wanting more…

I spent 20+ years working for some of the most recognizable Fortune 500 companies. While I truly appreciate the amazing skills and experiences they provided (living in Paris, FR, traveling all over the world (ex. Brazil, Dublin, Mexico, and other amazing places) the “security” had me handcuffed and unhappy. I felt there was no way out! I worked long hours and made very little time for anything or anyone else. I thought there was something wrong with me. I was always complaining about my job and I felt so ungrateful for wanting to give all of that u. So I continued to push to acquire the next position in whatever city/state all with the hopes that the next move would be the key to unlock my happiness. As you probably guessed, It never did!

Deep down there was a burning desire to do something different. I truly believed I had more to offer. I just didn’t know what it was or how to start and quite honestly, I was afraid! I was stressed and in despair! Then one day, I heard God tell me “I didn’t put you on this earth to be miserable”. While it wasn’t immediately, I began noticing that the times I felt completely “on fire” and motivated was during 1:1 coaching & leadership development sessions with my team and giving advice to family and friends.

Then I knew, this is my gift…this is what I’m put on this earth to do!
